If you, your child, or someone you care for use EpiPens, you can request to receive up to 6 EpiPen carrying cases for free!
Click in the link below  to fill out the form, and when you get to Step 2, you’ll be able to select the carrying case of your choice. You do not need to have the Epi-Pen with you at time of registration and you can register multiple devices for multiple cases if you wish.

If it’s your first time requesting, they (consumercommunications @ mylan.com) will send an email to confirm your request so check your inbox!
After you confirm, the case(s) will be shipped within 4-6 weeks
